We cover the full cost of design, installation and setup, including a $500 switchover grant per venue and coverage of any exit fees from your current provider. There are no upfront costs and no lock-in contracts, just a performance-based partnership built around your success.

Every Lime kiosk is fully custom-designed to complement your venue’s interior aesthetic. Our team works closely with you to create bespoke machine wraps and on-screen graphics that feel like a natural extension of your space, not an afterthought. The goal is for every station to look like it was always meant to be there.

Lime operates on a performance-based commission model, meaning your venue earns a guaranteed base rate plus additional performance bonuses on top. We’re confident our model outperforms most current providers, and because there are no lock-in contracts, we’re constantly motivated to keep delivering results that justify the partnership.

Our Australian-based support team is on hand to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Every Lime kiosk is monitored to ensure it’s always performing at its best, and if something does go wrong, we handle it, so your venue team never has to. Ongoing maintenance and support are included in the Lime partnership at no additional cost.
